Background
I'm a recent American Studies graduate, now studying for a Master's in Journalism at the University of Sheffield.
Alongside my studies I work freelance, writing articles and producing radio content for student and external outlets. It's given me a creative space to explore different forms of storytelling.
My interest in journalism comes from that same pull towards storytelling, and from a curiosity about the people, ideas and events that shape the world around us. The Master's is where I'm building on it, with practical experience in researching, reporting, interviewing and digital journalism, across whichever medium the story asks for.
